Food and cooking have always been my passion, as well as my job. During my long career as a chef I was lucky to have the opportunity to work with chefs at the top of the industry who taught me a lot. I ran my own restaurant in Lucca, my home town in Tuscany, for many years and my experience as a restaurateur informs my teaching practice. As a chef I like to learn something new every day and passing on my knowledge and passion gives me great satisfaction. Now I have the opportunity to work at Envirotech as a teacher of cookery. It’s a new direction for my career and a fantastic new challenge that I embrace with my usual enthusiasm.
