I have a compassionate nature which is conveyed in my day-to-day dealings with our team at Envirotech and our many students. I am often caught having in-depth conversations to build strong interpersonal relationships to help create a great working and educational environment. I am Envirotech’s Customer Service Manager and it is my job is to make sure that our students are receiving the very best value for their money, while consistently enhancing their experiences through our different range of services. My second role is a Trainer & Assessor, currently delivering Diploma of Hospitality Management. I find that my patient nature has allowed me to fully enjoy all aspect of my role thus far at Envirotech Education. I believe that anything is impossible with a little bit of courage and drive, and I like to pass this on to those around me. I am continually looking for ways to create better communication amongst students and our Envirotech team. I hope to build on my IT skills to further assist the development and implementation of better educational delivery platforms for our students and facilitators to utilise.
